How long until I get my items?
From experience, if the item is a preorder item, after preorders close, it can take up to 2-3 weeks for the charms to be manufactured and shipped to me. After I receive them, it will take around a week or two for me to package everything and ship in batches. Please check preorder dates on the item page for the preorder timeline.
If the item is already in stock, I will try to package and ship the item within the week (or along with the latest shipment).
Shipment from CANADA to the destination depends on location. Untracked shipments are estimated to take 3-12 business days for popular locations such as Canada. Other international shipments may take from 5 business days to 2-4 weeks.
TL;DR Please be prepared for up to 2 months of waiting for Preorder items!
Can I add to/change my order?
Yes! Please contact me through email, the bigcartel contact form, or DMs with your order number and the type of change you'd like to request. I can make changes before preorders end, such as changing or adding additional items to your order. I cannot guarantee order changes after the preorder items have been ordered.
If you would like to change your address, you can contact me as well. I can only change your address before I print my shipping labels as they would already have been paid for.
What kind of fees do we pay on your orders?
All expenses from my end will be paid at checkout, however, please be aware of duties within your own country. For orders outside of Canada, depending on your country and laws, your country may require additional fees for incoming packages.
The money you pay at checkout will cover goods manufacturing fees, shipping and import fees into Canada, packaging material costs, shipment from me to you (along with taxes and fuel charges), transaction fees, and any cases of unforeseen circumstances (refund fees, need to re-ship, etc.)
For most cases, I will not be recompensating to re-ship an item for incorrect addresses and mistakes on the buyer's or Canada Post's end! Please only buy without tracking at your own risk!
Refunds?
I will refund any order that I see has a mistake in it (somehow overcharged, etc...) or if I cannot complete the order (out of stock, Canada Post unable to ship to a country at the moment... etc.)
Otherwise, you can request a refund or change your order by contacting me with the contact tab on the website, or at commission.loperi(at)gmail.com. I recommend putting "refund" or anything along the lines of the issue as the subject to make it easier for me!

I missed preorders...
Thank you for your interest, and I'm sorry you missed it! Unfortunately, I don't plan to schedule restocks at this time, but if you're lucky, you may find me selling a VERY LIMITED stock of leftovers, since I always order extras in preparation of defective products. If you miss this, then all I can recommend is hoping for a possible future shop restock...
